This workshop aims to create a structured dialogue between political science and law by providing a forum for an in-depth discussion on how national climate policies and laws are to be assessed in terms of their aims, and what core challenges and opportunities for improvement are.The workshop is organized within the framework of the Jean Monnet Network on the European Green Deal: Governing the EU’s Transition towards Climate Neutrality and Sustainability (GreenDeal-NET).
